Situated close to the sailing villages of Blakeney and Morston and the fine Georgian town of Holt, Oak Barn, Beech Barn and Ash Barn are an ideal base to explore North Norfolk with its abundance of birdwatching opportunities, beautiful countryside for walking and sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells. Guided birdwatching tours can be arranged.

Special rates apply Christmas, New Year, Bank & School Holidays.
Short Breaks are always welcome during the winter months and within a fortnight of the break start date during the high season.
Friday to Friday or week-end / mid-week short breaks when available.
Prices include all linen, and towels if requested, all water, electricity and central heating when required.
The arrival time is 3pm and departure time 10am.
You will receive directions with our confirmation of the receipt of your final payment.
